The Advice Oxford Refernet platform offers a safe and secure way in which different advice agencies operating within the City of Oxford can refer clients between themselves. This means we can ensure that our clients get the best, most practical and up-to-date information and advice on a wide range of topics, including debt, benefits, housing, legal, discrimination, employment, immigration, consumer and other problems.
Working more closely together we can achieve a more effective delivery and co-ordinated approach for the provision of advice services, and provide greater opportunities to access funding for the development and provision of new services.
